Job summary

IntelStack is seeking a Cost Analyst to support module cost analyses, invoicing, and contract management, helping ensure revenue streams are protected and cost baselines are accurate. You will collaborate with SPB/LPB leaders, finance teams, and stakeholders to document assumptions and track investments against plans.

This hybrid role in Poland requires strong Excel skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to prepare summaries and dashboards for executive review.

Inviting applications for the role of Cost Analyst

We are seeking a Cost Analyst who has experience with generating invoices and contract management. The ideal candidate should be able to help stakeholders perform financial as well as non-financial tasks and help guarantee the company’s revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Focus: Support analysis, documentation, and execution of defined module cost work under guidance of SPB/LPB leaders, aligned to established FLIGHT DECK standards.
• Support execution of the repair and margin growth strategy by performing analyses, preparing summaries, and documenting outcomes for assigned modules.
• Assist in running module cost operating rhythms: consolidate KPIs, update dashboards, capture risks/opportunities, and maintain action logs in standard templates.
• Maintain and update data required to set and track cost targets for CSA and T&M shop visits; support Customer Team members (CPM, FSE, CSM) with data pulls and simple analytics.
• Work with the fleet model and Finance teams to gather inputs, validate data integrity, and highlight discrepancies for review by SPB/LPB leaders.
• Prepare business case inputs (cost baselines, benefits estimates, scenario comparisons) and help track approved projects and investments against plans.
• Document and maintain FLIGHT DECK artifacts related to CF6 module cost (standard work, DJIs, SIPOCs, RACIs, kaizen charters, and action plans), ensuring materials are stored in the agreed repository and kept current.
• Support structured problem solving and kaizen events by collecting data, mapping processes (e.g., SIPOC, spaghetti charts), and updating RACI matrices under guidance from SPB/LPB leaders and facilitators.
• Assist in communications: draft summaries, prepare visual management boards, and update stakeholders on progress as directed by the CF6 Module Cost Leader.
