Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Proficiency in public speaking and engaging audiences.
• Fluency in Polish & English; additional regional languages are a bonus.
• Strong passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering causes and effects.
• Ability to adapt and respond swiftly to changing situations during events.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a team player with creative skills.

• Lead the entire event journey, from setup to hosting and wrap-up.

• Handle setup and logistics: materials, instructions, contingencies.
• Engage with non-profits and beneficiaries to deepen impact.
