Job summary

SIX Group in Warsaw is seeking a Copilot and Power Platform Operations Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 AI platform operations and reporting. You will work across IT and business units, ensuring secure, compliant and enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 services, Copilot, and Power Platform governance.

The role emphasizes ownership, operational excellence, and collaboration with Architecture, Security and Compliance teams. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities, including environments, access, security groups, roles and production controls.
• Maintain governance across agents, automations, environments, connectors, identities and data with clear lifecycle ownership.
• Manage Copilot Agent Gateway: assess requests for fit, ownership and governance, route to simple solutions.
• Apply guardrails and production-readiness criteria covering permissions, resilience, documentation and monitoring.
• Monitor usage, cost and lifecycle of the Copilot platform and coordinate reviews and optimisation.

The Collaboration Engineering team at SIX is a trusted advisor for solutions based on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot - ensuring they are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

We enable collaboration at SIX by designing, governing, and scaling Microsoft 365 services. We are an agile, well-established group of international experts responsible for enabling secure and efficient collaboration across international locations utilizing Microsoft 365 cloud offerings. Our mission is to provide reliable Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Power Automate, and M365 Copilot.

In this role, you will take a lead role in Microsoft 365 AI platform operations and reporting, bringing strong technical judgement, operational ownership and a genuine interest in evolving Microsoft cloud technologies. You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT and business units while living our core values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership and Trust.

To be successful as an applicant you must include all relevant technical and platform operations experience in your CV / cover letter and demonstrate your ability to work independently across Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform governance, identity, data, integration, consumption and operational risk.

You should be comfortable challenging unsuitable platform usage, coordinating with specialist functions and helping colleagues and builders adopt pragmatic controls without unnecessarily restricting self-service.

What You Will Do

• Administer and operate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and associated Power Platform capabilities, including environments, access, security groups, roles, publication routes and the operational controls required for shared and production solutions.
• Maintain operational visibility and governance across agents, automations, environments, connectors, identities and data, ensuring solutions have identifiable ownership, appropriate controls and clear lifecycle arrangements.
• Operate the technical and administrative elements of the Copilot Agent Gateway, reviewing requests for platform fit, ownership and governance requirements, and helping route opportunities towards the simplest suitable solution.
• Apply technical guardrails and production-readiness criteria covering permissions, connections, actions, resilience, human controls, documentation, testing, support, monitoring and ownership, coordinating with Architecture, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance and other specialist functions where required.
• Monitor usage, consumption, cost and lifecycle across the managed Copilot platform, identifying inactive, inefficient, unowned or obsolete solutions, supporting operational reporting and coordinating their review, optimisation or controlled retirement.

What You Bring

• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio or closely related enterprise cloud services, combined with experience in enterprise platform operations, governance or service management.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to service excellence and top performance mindset.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform environments, solutions, connections and data policies, together with a solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles and delegated access.
• Strong operational ownership, analytical thinking and security awareness, with experience producing technical documentation, inventories, controls and management reporting in a regulated or strongly governed enterprise environment.
• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing) with ability to attend high level meetings, consultancy with Business Units, comfortable communication within SIX and while dealing with vendors and supporters.
