Job summary

Persán SA, a multinational home care and personal care producer, seeks a Controlling Specialist for the Plant Wroblowice in Poland. The role focuses on budgeting analysis, performance indicators, and ensuring accurate allocation of costs across segments.

Requirements include at least 3 years in controlling/audit, a Bachelor’s in Economics/Finance (Master’s in Business preferred), and a high level of English. Willingness to travel supports an international project in expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or audit roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar; Master’s in Business is a plus.
• High level of English; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze discrepancies between the budgeted and actual expenses and revenues.
• Design qualitative and quantitative indicators for monitoring and decision making.
• Monitor the budget for availability of structural orders.
• Manage disposal and proper allocation of obsolete packaging and containers.
• Verify the consistency of information and allocation of expenses and revenues to each area.
• Analyze departmental budgets and propose improvements or alternatives.
• Request information from different departments for budgets or closings.
• Coordinate with Information Systems to resolve issues in other departments.
• Assist other departments with procedures questions.
• Collaborate with IS on new developments following requests or analyses.
