About the department

The position is located in our Szczecin office and is part of the GO Finance organization, which supports operations by improving financial agendas and reporting on Global Operations. This includes financials related to Coloplast's innovation, logistics, and production activities – covering inventory and investment financials. About the job

Are you skilled in Excel and Power BI, and eager to learn more about financial processes in a global manufacturing environment? If you have strong analytical skills and want to develop expertise in product costing this role is for you!

As a Controlling Analyst, you will join the Global Costing & Inventory Team within the Controlling function in a large international organization. You will support key financial processes like product costing, analysis of cost and price variances, gaining exposure to global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze cost and inventory data to support decision-making;
  • Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI for finance and operational stakeholders;
  • Assist in monitoring material price trends and purchase price variances;
  • Support inventory control processes and investigate adjustments;
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and finance teams to provide insights.
  • Learn and grow in areas such as costing, reporting and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and present clear insights.
  • Eagerness to learn financial processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards).
  • Eagerness to learn tools like Power Query, Power Automate, or similar platforms to automate processes and solve business challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • A structured, methodical approach with the ability to work under pressure;
