We are seeking an enthusiastic Operational & Business Support Annual Review Process Controller to join our Global Compensation & Benefits team.

This role is crucial in operational and business support of the Annual Review Process within our organisation for key employees and leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, employees, and management.

The role is divided into two main areas:

  • Operational and business support for the Annual Review Process;
  • Shared mailbox and ticketing system administration.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Business Leaders regarding the Annual Review Process;
  • Gather, control, and prepare data for upload to the review tool;
  • Follow up on activities and report progress;
  • Prepare, print, and archive related documents;
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support (e.g., LTI support, communications);
  • Develop program documentation, training materials, and employee communications;
  • Organise training sessions/webinars;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and governance requirements.

For shared mailbox and ticketing system management:

  • Manage the shared mailbox and respond to queries and tickets per SLAs and quality standards;
  • Assist employees and leaders in resolving issues;
  • Analyze recurring issues, report findings, and propose solutions;
  • Manage ticket categorization and prioritization;
  • Follow up on ticket resolution and escalate when necessary;
  • Monitor and analyze system statistics and trends;
  • Contribute to team KPIs and dashboards development.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Business with excellent academic record;
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint;
  • Resilience under stress;
  • Team-oriented mindset.
