The Role: Contracts Engineer

As a Contracts Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to execution and close-out. You’ll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure contracts are robust, compliant, and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including EPCs, PPAs, O&M agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector.
  • Support contract execution, amendments, and close-out processes.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks to avoid disputes and financial exposure.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all contractual matters across internal and external teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in CCGT or large-scale EPC construction projects.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, and MF-1 contract standards.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
