Job Title

Contract Fulfillment Junior Analyst with German

Summary:

We’re looking for a Contract Fulfillment Junior Analyst to join our team in Warsaw in order to perform accounting transactions and validate accounting accuracy, completeness and compliance to local international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, review and validate requirements for billing;

  • Manage incoming orders, ensuring proper billing set-up;

  • Control and monitor billing of Amadeus Services & Consulting in order to ensure correct billing or crediting to Amadeus customers;

  • Define, review and validate requirements for reporting;

  • Produce billing reports monitoring to provide revenue visibility to the Sales, Product or Program Management people;

  • Identify invoicing deviations (discounts, waivers, contractual status...) and obtain proper level of approval;

  • Ensure proper revenue recognition adjustments by applying IFRS (Deferred -Revenue, IFRIC 18, Accruals);

  • Respond to clients’ ad-hoc requests regarding billing or revenue management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field;
