Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Warehouse Specialist onsite to lead projects improving warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material flow. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PFEP, Kanban, JIT, and material flow optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S).

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy, for our Transformers Business Unit, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Wharehouse Specialist - Onsite.

The role can be based in Spain (Zaragoza or Cordoba) or Poland (Lodz), where we have our factories. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, internal logistics, and material flow, with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct authority.

• Fluent in English and native in Spanish or Polish (depending on the location), with willingness to travel up to 30–50% of the time
