Job summary

VML, a global creative company, is hiring for a content operations role in Poland. You will build and maintain content pages using CMS platforms, manage assets, and prep content migrations while collaborating with marketing, development, and end-user teams.

We value strong attention to detail, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and English proficiency (B2+). This full-time Poland-based role emphasizes content quality, reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web content workflows.
• Ability to read technical manuals, process docs and content guidelines.
• Hands-on CMS experience with at least one major platform.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and web page structure understanding.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content prep, categorization and quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

This is a B2B contract opportunity based in Poland.

What you'll get to do

• Create and maintain content pages and websites using CMS platforms according to established guidelines.
• Manage digital assets and support content organization activities.

• Provide support for system end users and business stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve content-related issues.
• Assist users with platform and content-related questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve content entry processes and digital asset management workflows.
• Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and content quality.

What you should have

• Good technical aptitude and the ability to work confidently with web-based systems and business applications.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical manuals, process documentation, and content guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web page structure, metadata, and hyperlinks.
• Basic knowledge of AI and Generative AI tools, including their potential use in content preparation, categorization, summarization, quality checking, and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive or high-volume content work.
• Ability to work with deadlines, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find practical solutions to content issues.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a genuine desire to help users and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus points if you have

• Previous experience in digital content, web publishing, content operations, or content migration.
• Enterprise-level hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful or similar systems.
• Experience working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, accessibility, content taxonomy, and digital content quality standards.
• Experience creating reports using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or similar reporting tools.
• Previous experience providing technical or application support to end users.
• Education or training in Information Technology, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field would be an advantage.
