Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and planning abilities, and proficient MS Office skills to keep reports and logs up to date.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Degree from a recognized university
• One to two years of experience in the same role required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods
• Expertise in MS Office suite required

Responsibilities

• On-field supervision of construction site to ensure work follows the timeline and grand plan
• Communicate with clients, architects and engineers; translate blueprints into scheduled work
• Record daily/weekly/monthly logs and safety reports; ensure proper documentation
• Manage resources and budget to minimize costs and avoid overruns
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes; ensure safe working conditions
• Lead and supervise labor workforce and coordinate activities across trades
