Job summary

Ucuber poszukuje doświadczonego Kierownika Budowy. Praca obejmuje nadzór nad robotami budowlanymi zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, wymogami kontraktów i harmonogramami.

Oczekujemy min. 2 lata doświadczenia, licencji budowlanej w zakresie konstrukcji, znajomości AutoCAD oraz umiejętności organizowania pracy własnej i zespołu. Elastyczny wyjazdy służbowe i stabilne warunki zatrudnienia.

Qualifications

• Wymagane uprawnienia budowlane do prowadzenia robót konstrukcyjnych.
• Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Kierownika Budowy.
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i prowadzenia rozmów biznesowych w języku polskim.

Responsibilities

• Nadzór nad pracami budowlanymi zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, zasadami w umowach i harmonogramami.
• Bezpośredni nadzór prac zgodnie z wymogami kontraktów, dokumentacją techniczną i planami pracy.
• Weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej i kosztów budowy.
• Kontrolowanie kosztów budowy i rozliczeń materiałów.
• Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem przepisów BHP na placu budowy.
• Koordynacja prac zespołów wewnętrznych i podwykonawców.

• supervising compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site
• coordinating the work of in-house teams and subcontractors
