ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST (weekend and on-call flexibility as needed)

The Role: We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed, Concierge Community Manager to join our team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience and Social Media, making Reddit both an authority platform for ARMRA and a listening engine for unfiltered customer insight. You’ll partner closely with CX and Social to:

  • Monitor and engage authentically across platforms.
  • Elevate ARMRA’s voice with credibility, wit, and precision.
  • Activate loyal advocates who amplify the brand organically.
  • Feed community insights back into CX, Marketing, and Science.

The right candidate is equal parts strategist and steward: you know when to lean in, when to hold back, and how to turn community participation into long-term trust.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Stewardship

  • Monitor daily activity across high-signal subreddits; identify opportunities for meaningful engagement.
  • Join conversations with a human-first, science-backed voice (never corporate, never canned).
  • Build trust with moderators and communities through consistent, thoughtful participation.

Advocate Activation

  • Identify loyal customers and credible Redditors who can become authentic champions.
  • Develop lightweight ways to equip and empower these advocates to lead discussions.
  • Create touchpoints that deepen loyalty and spark organic amplification.

Community Health & Governance

  • Support moderation workflows and governance for ARMRA’s owned subreddit.
  • Ensure discussions remain constructive, organic, and compliant.
  • Partner with Concierge to manage escalations quickly and with care.
  • Partner with Social Media to align participation with campaign strategy and voice.
  • Share learnings that can sharpen CX responses and inform brand storytelling.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track sentiment, recurring themes, and competitor mentions across Reddit, Meta, TikTok, etc
  • Deliver weekly community pulse checks and monthly insights dashboards.
  • Distill noise into actionable insights for CX, Marketing, and Science teams.

Brand Integrity & Risk Awareness

  • Protect credibility by balancing proactive engagement with discretion.
  • Ensure every word written is compliant, on-brand, and community-appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5+ years in community management, online forums, or social media engagement.
  • Deep familiarity with Reddit culture and moderator dynamics; you know what resonates, what gets removed, and what earns trust.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with flawless attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and manage community advocates or ambassadors.
  • Skilled at analyzing sentiment, competitor activity, and community trends.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high standards for precision.
