Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a qualified individual for the role of Primary COMSEC Manager and Alternate COMSEC Manager. The candidate will manage the U.S./FMS COMSEC account, safeguard material, and ensure compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000 series guidelines.

Training personnel and coordinating with host nations are essential. The position requires active security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
• Graduation from formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service (usually two weeks).
• Graduate of NSA COMSEC course; courses are required to manage the COMSEC Account.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S./FMS COMSEC account duties including receipt, safeguarding, accounting and destruction of COMSEC material.
• Maintain up-to-date records and submit required accounting reports.
• Conduct semiannual inventories and pass annual audits by designated representatives.
• Provide COMSEC training to host nation personnel and ensure proper handling of material and publications.
• Ensure all COMSEC material is shipped and accessed only by cleared personnel.
