Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-developing and implementing the annual compliance program and action plan.
• Conducting investigations into cases reported through the whistleblower system.
• Monitoring and reviewing areas of potential compliance risks.
• Assisting with the annual conflict of interest assessment.
• Providing insights and guidance on compliance requirements.
• Developing and refining policies and procedures for the Compliance Function.
• Participating in various Compliance projects.
• Implementing compliance awareness initiatives.
