Job description

Your Tasks

  • Independent processing and advice on enquiries from end customers, sales & servicecompanies and sales & service partners in the area of service products and servicecontracts;
  • Preparation of offers and orders of the standard service portfolio in the necessary ITsystems;
  • Drafting of standard service contracts and data protection agreements of the HOMAGGroup to the end customer;
  • Documentation of all customer inquiries in the necessary systems such asSalesforce, SharePoint or Excel;
  • Attachment to the documentation and invoicing of service contracts in SAP andSalesforce;
  • Support in the processing of applications in the area of Master Data Management(customer master data) in the area of Sales and Service;
  • Monitoring and compliance with the requirements for applications for the adaptationof customer master data Sales & Service;
  • Rework, documentation and archiving of applications for the adaptation of customermaster data in all necessary IT systems (mainly CRM / Salesforce, SAP, Sharepoint,plus others);
  • Exchange, coordination and review with sales and service companies in the event ofadjustments to customer master data.

Your Skills

  • Completed commercial training with a good understanding of commercial contextsand processes;
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office required;
  • SAP and CRM/Salesforce knowledge desirable;
  • Creativity and interest in the further development of internal departmental processes;
  • Good comprehension and interest in more complex system contexts;
  • Structured, self-confident and independent way of working, flexibility, ability to work ina team, ability to work under pressure, communicative;
  • Very good written and spoken German skills required;
  • Good written and spoken English skills desirable.
