Job summary

HUB International is seeking a proactive Team Administrator for its Commercial Division. The role is based at our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office, offering a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong opportunities for professional development and growth within the insurance industry.

The position requires an L2 insurance license (or willingness to obtain) and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and proficient in Excel

Qualifications

• A Level 2 insurance license is required; we support you to obtain it if not fully licensed.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation according to HUB workflows and service guidelines.
• Correspond with customers and insurers in a formal, professional manner.
• Manage account reconciliation with the Accounting team and maintain file accuracy.
• Provide back-up support for other departments and Reception as needed.
