Job description

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in launching a greenfield initiative. This is your chance to influence success from the very beginning while driving meaningful sales results.

In this role, you’ll oversee the entire sales journey, from identifying opportunities to finalizing deals, with a focus on short sales cycles. You’ll actively seek out new business through outreach efforts, build strong client relationships, and manage a dynamic pipeline that exceeds expectations.

Your tasks
  • Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Analysing customer needs and delivering tailored software solutions
  • Leading contract negotiations and successfully closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and crafting persuasive proposals
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), both spoken and written
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role with a track record of success
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and CPQ tools
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to visit the office in Wrocław approximately 1–2 times a month
  • Residing in Poland required
