  • Channel strategy creation & execution for Coffee Away from Home (Costa Coffee & Caffé Vergnano)
  • Creating trade marketing plans, tools and programs corresponding to channel and business needs for Coffee Away from Home,
  • Performance monitoring and growth plan – to deliver short- and long-term strategy and tool
  • Secure visibility and all marketing tools to execute brand strategy in AWAY FROM HOME CHANNEL
  • Represent strong partnership to commercial Team, but also external customers in AWAY FROM HOME CHANNEL
  • Develop POS marketing materials, deliver and secure availability
  • Selling story development including marketing presentations to different forums
  • Shopper and competitors’ analysis to make strategic recommendations on business priorities
  • Production and stock management
  • Forecast and product availability management – in the respective sales channel
  • Close cooperation with brand managers, cross-functional and Global teams
  • Budget management
  • In-depth commercial understanding (preferable in the areas of Marketing and/or Sales)
  • Min. 1-year FMCG experience in the beverage category - will be an advantage
  • Channel activation, trade marketing, commercial background - will be an advantage
  • “Can do” attitude, capable to run effective cross functional cooperation (brand partners, logistic, commercial team, finance)
  • Strong levels of determination and initiative which will drive innovate thinking and growth
  • Strong ability to form effective working partnership with functions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good command of English
