Job summary

UPS in Poland seeks a Finance Assistant to support internal and external payments, remittance processes and financial data flow in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes accuracy and service orientation while collaborating with multiple finance teams.

You will work with GL, AP, AR, ICRIS, ensuring data integrity, information flow, and top‑tier internal and external customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Good level of English.
• Knowledge of accounting basics.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external payments.
• Participate in VOG remittance processes.
• Control accuracy of shipments delivery.
• Cooperate with GL, AP, AR, ICRIS and other departments.
• Oversee and maintain flow of information.
• Ensure adequate customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• processing internal and external payment
• participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's' remittance process
• controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
• cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
• overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
• ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external
