Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a CMC Data & Process Governance Manager to own data taxonomy definitions and governance across marketing data. The role includes stewarding the data quality framework, consent enforcement, and cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance and Finance.

You will manage the CDP and AI operations governance, ensuring standardized processes and auditable metadata in a regulated financial‑markets context.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data management or marketing operations in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of taxonomies, metadata, lineage and cataloguing.
• Experience governing a CDP and customer data environments: segments, profiles, consent.
• Process design skills: intake gates, decision cadences, playbooks with cross‑team enforcement.
• Structured, documentation‑heavy working style; able to collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Strong communication and training ability to drive governance adoption.
• Experience embedding AI agents with governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the campaign taxonomy naming, IDs, UTM conventions and hierarchies across units.
• Own product, account and profile taxonomies used in marketing data, measurement and activation.
• Run the outcomes and KPI definitions registry with cross‑functional sign‑off.
• Support CDP Ops and AI Ops with governance of audiences, segments, consent.
• Steward metadata, lineage and audit trails; maintain data‑quality framework and SLAs.
• Triage issues with data source owners and ensure regulatory compliance in handling consent.
• Operationalise intake gates, cadence and monthly/quarterly review cadences; build data literacy.

CMC Data & Process Governance Manager

SIX is building a dedicated Tech & Data capability within the Marketing & Communications (CMC) department to make marketing measurable and finance-grade. That ambition stands or falls on foundations many organizations skip: shared taxonomies and hierarchies, agreed outcome definitions, trustworthy metadata and disciplined operating processes. This newly created role owns exactly that layer.

Reporting to the Head Tech & Data Marketing & Communications, the CMC Data & Process Governance Manager owns the definitions, standards and processes of the marketing data ecosystem — from campaign, product and account taxonomies to the campaign intake gate and the measurement review cadences — and operates the customer data platform's audience and consent processes.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines data-governance craft with marketing-operations pragmatism — and who can hold a standard across teams without line authority, in a regulated financial-market environment.

What You Will Do

• own the campaign taxonomy: naming, IDs, UTM conventions and hierarchies across business units — the prerequisite for comparable measurement
• own the product taxonomy and hierarchies, and the account & profile taxonomy and hierarchies, used across marketing data, measurement and activation
• run the outcome and KPI definitions registry (qualified response, sourced / influenced, monetary value) with Marketing, Sales and Finance sign-off
• support the customer data platform (CDP Ops) and the team's AI operations (AI Ops) with audience and segment governance, profile unification rules, consent enforcement in activation, and operational oversight of models and agents in production
• steward metadata, lineage and the audit trail; own the data-quality framework and SLAs, with monitors implemented by the CMC Analytics Engineer; triage issues with source owners
• operationalise consent and privacy data handling with Legal & Compliance; keep the measurement system documented to regulatory standards
• run the process layer: the campaign intake gate, experiment governance, the monthly and quarterly review cadences and the marketing steering playbook; build data literacy through training

What You Bring

• experience in data governance, data management or marketing operations excellence, ideally in a regulated industry
• practical command of taxonomies, metadata, lineage and cataloguing
• experience operating or governing a CDP or customer data environment: segments, profiles, consent
• process-design skill: intake gates, decision cadences, playbooks — and the standing to enforce them across teams without line authority
• a structured, documentation-strong working style; comfort collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Finance
• communication and training ability — governance succeeds here through adoption, not decree
• experience embedding AI agents into business processes with the governance to match — usage standards, auditability and human oversight in a regulated environment
