Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a skilled Software Architect to design and oversee scalable, secure systems. You'll lead decisions across front-end, back-end, and integration layers while mentoring development teams within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities include defining architecture patterns and collaborating with product owners to translate requirements into robust solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Software Architect.
• Strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and integration architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of networking and service mesh technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end architectures for scalable, secure systems.
• Lead architecture decisions across various layers.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

Experience as a Software Architect

Understanding of front-end and back-end architectures

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
