Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) as the subdivision of SoftServe, is a team of highly professional folks, with a primary focus on technology covering software architecture, startups, and enterprise technologies. SoftServe transforms business through various levels of security assessment, creating and executing threat scenarios, identifying security risks, and filling the gaps. By analysis, design, and implementation of security-related controls, you will help us to improve the security state of a wide range of clients.

SoftServe Cybersecurity team provides reliable security solutions identifying the security gaps and guiding clients through each step of the improvement process. Being experts in a range of technologies, we find the best-fit approach in terms of security. The project mission is to work with experts in application security, security engineering, and governance risk and compliance. Cybersecurity team members are located in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, and other European countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop Cloud Service Design Patterns/Blueprints for the enterprise.
• Create patterns required for each Cloud Service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and FaaS) the client subscribes to.
• Develop the security level applied to the cloud service (explaining how the bank secures that service in line with its policies).
• Work on diagrams/schemes, and requisite IaC/PaC components to be consumed in pipelines/DevOps processes and CSPM tools.
• Ensure that the solution is deployed and governed as per the pattern.
• Design technical security measures to protect highly sensitive workloads/applications.

Qualifications

• Showing at least 3 years in leading Cloud Security roles by delivering security on cloud-native, distributed architectural solutions in complex environments.
• Possessing 2+ years of defining security standards and reference architectures used to guide technical resources in secure system implementation and configuration for enterprise cloud systems.
• Good at predominant cloud providers (mainly AWS), as well as VMWare, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Knowledgeable of virtualization, containers, service mesh, and enterprise service business.
• Working with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments.
• Able to identify and drive remediation of public and hybrid cloud risk.
• Experienced with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of SSDLC data protection, cryptography, key management, IAM, network security within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments.
• Delivering security for cloud-native, distributed computing and architectural solutions with a principle of 'Secure by Design'.
• Performing Threat Modeling, generating security architectural requirements for software development and product teams.
• Understanding Industry trends in cloud technologies for public, private, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Possessing one or more technical security certifications: CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP.
• Open to occasional business trips.
• Able to build positive working relationships with stakeholders, lead and influence virtual teams and proactively take initiative.
• Exceptional in both verbal and written communication (Upper-intermediate level) and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
