Job summary

LyondellBasell Poznań is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud platforms across Azure and AWS. You will collaborate with cloud services, application, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and contribute to automation and modernization efforts.

You will build and maintain IaC, support GitHub Enterprise, and help govern cloud standards. A Bachelor in CS/IT or equivalent with 3–5 years in cloud infra and production IT is expected; remote work up

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• Experience supporting production IT environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure and AWS.
• Support daily cloud operations and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and service requests.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Support administration of the enterprise GitHub environment.
• Assist with cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in security, governance, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with teams to meet cloud requirements.
