Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is hiring a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain cloud-native platforms in Google Cloud. You will ensure reliability, security and performance while collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline delivery pipelines and automate processes.

You will manage Linux production environments, develop automation scripts in Python and Bash, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes (GKE) with Terraform and Ansible. Strong English and French are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiar with Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, IaC, and cloud operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Effective communication in international, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux-based production environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Build, optimize, and support GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, operate, and maintain applications on Kubernetes (GKE).
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform system upgrades, patching, and releases.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with development and operations to improve automation and processes.
