Job summary

Square One Resources sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a Cloud Integration Engineer to join a team responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing the P&C technology ecosystem.

You will partner with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical specifications and assess feasibility. The role requires 4–6 years in enterprise integration, experience with AWS and SaaS platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and Cornerstone, and hands-on skills in

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in enterprise IT roles (BA/Systems Analyst).
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Experience with APIs: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, JSON, XML.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience with AWS and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to assess feasibility.
• Translate requirements into system and integration specs.
• Evaluate integration capabilities with SaaS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone).
• Analyze APIs, data flows, latency, authentication models and impacts.
• Review vendor documentation and lead technical discussions.
• Analyze API/SDK capabilities, payload schemas, and limitations.
• Support design and validation of integration solutions across SaaS and cloud environments.
• Build or support PoCs to validate technical approaches.
• Test API endpoints, payloads, schemas, and data transformations.
• Support SRAs and data-flow mapping for new apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify tech landscape and reduce middleware.
• Document findings, trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and recommendations.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to analyze requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Translate business and product requirements into system requirements, integration scenarios, and technical specifications.
• Evaluate integration capabilities across enterprise SaaS platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, and other P&C Cloud Solutions.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, latency, rate limits, authentication models, and integration impacts.
• Review vendor documentation and lead technical discussions to validate product and integration capabilities.
• Analyze API/SDK capabilities, payload schemas, authentication mechanisms, and technical limitations.
• Support the design and validation of integration solutions across SaaS and internal cloud environments.
• Build or support lightweight Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) to validate technical assumptions and integration approaches.
• Test API endpoints, payloads, schemas, webhooks, and data transformations.
• Support Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and data-flow mapping for new applications, tools, and integration patterns.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, and Engineering teams to identify and address technical risks.
• Analyze existing system capabilities and integrations to identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape and eliminate unnecessary middleware.
• Document findings, technical trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and recommendations.
• Clearly communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and system integrations.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Experience analyzing APIs and integration patterns, including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Good understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
• Ability to work with or understand scripting and data transformation using Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience with data-flow modeling, payload/schema validation, technical risk assessments, and integration analysis.

Optional

• Experience working with vendors and evaluating technical product capabilities is highly desirable.
• AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate, Developer, or SysOps) is strongly preferred. Azure or GCP certification is also acceptable with demonstrated AWS familiarity.
