Job summary

Accenture PLC in Poland offers a paid cloud engineering internship for students, with flexible hours and a possibility to work remotely.

You will work with qualified IT specialists on client projects for Poland and international clients, gaining hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Active student status or technical degree, with availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and oral), with strong communication skills.
• Experience writing scripts in Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of using Linux/Unix systems via the command line, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for cloud technologies and a strong motivation to grow your career in cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud Environment and Resources: Assist in provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources across various platforms to support deployment and scaling.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Solutions: Help design, develop, and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar to automate cloud resources.
• Create and Executing Pipelines and Workflows: Assist in creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows.
• Operational Tasks on Cloud Infrastructure: Monitor, troubleshoot, and support operational tasks such as resolving network issues and maintaining cloud servers.
• Support Cloud Migrations: Assist in planning, testing, and executing cloud migration strategies, moving apps, data, workloads to the cloud.

THE WORK:

• Manage Cloud Environment and Resources:
  Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources across various platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support application deployment and scaling.

  Assist in the planning, testing, and execution of cloud migration strategies, including moving applications, data, and workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Active student status or technical degree, with availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Experience writing scripts in one of the following programming languages: Bash, Python, or JavaScript.

• Practical knowledge of using/administering Linux/Unix systems via the command line, with strong problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for cloud technologies and a strong motivation to grow your career in cloud engineering.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.

• Understanding of IP networks, VPNs, DNS, subnetting, routing tables, and firewalls.

• Basic knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
