Job summary

Accenture PLC in Poland invites self-driven students to join a Data & AI Engineering internship in Łódź or Katowice. You will gain practical experience by working on challenging data projects within international teams, supported by a mentor and a Buddy for onboarding.

The internship offers flexible hours and a clear path toward future opportunities. The program runs for a minimum of 3 months, with 4–5 days per week anticipated, and is paid, providing a concrete start to a career in data

Qualifications

• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Availability to work from Katowice or Łódź office 3 days per week.
• Availability for a paid internship of a minimum of 3 months, working 4–5 days per week.
• Strong general knowledge regarding Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
• Advanced SQL proficiency; intermediate Python proficiency for Data/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable workflows for data ingestion, quality, transformation and optimization.
• Build scalable data pipelines using ETL tools.
• Deploy data solutions to production environments ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Migrate data from legacy data warehouses applying cloud architecture principles.
• Automate data flows to enhance data consumption processes.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions to automate business and IT processes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Availability to work from the Katowice or Łódź office 3 days per week.
• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Availability for a paid internship of a minimum of 3 months, working 4–5 days per week.
• Strong general knowledge regarding Data Engineering and Artificial Inteligence.
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Intermediate Python proficiency for Data and AI solutions.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Quicksight or other Data Analytics solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• English and Polish communication skills (written and oral).

• Professional certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake)
• A portfolio of completed projects (personal or professional)
• Intermediate German proficiency.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work proactively in a team environment.
