Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead cloud hosting capabilities, primarily AWS, with practical Azure and Hybrid Cloud knowledge. The role is based in Poland, with occasional visits to Katowice.

You’ll shape cloud foundations and security platforms at enterprise scale, collaborating with global teams to drive architecture decisions and standards alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, operations or architecture.
• Strong experience designing and operating AWS environments.
• Practical knowledge of Azure, especially identity and integration.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with C4 model and enterprise architecture governance.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Experience in security-governed environments is welcome.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or comparable architecture framework is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS infrastructure design, including networking and landing zone.
• Collaborate with Azure for identity and integration in hybrid cloud.
• Design and govern Kubernetes platforms with security and observability.
• Act as architecture authority aligning with enterprise standards.
• Create architecture docs using C4 model and related artifacts.
• Promote secure reusable patterns and DevOps mindset; support incidents.
• Contribute to automation and standardization with IaC.
