Job summary

Capgemini in Poznań seeks a senior software engineer to design, develop and deploy cloud-based back-end solutions using Java, Python, TypeScript, .NET or Node.js. You will work with AWS, Azure or GCP and contribute to modernization with IaC and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate with international teams, adopt agile methods, and explore AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality and value for clients.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering fundamentals with a technical degree.
At least 5 years building IT systems using Java, Python, TypeScript, .NET or Node.js.
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and distributed architectures.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi or CloudFormation) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Advise clients on architecture, technologies and system direction.
Participate in technical architecture and key project decisions.
Implement applications with clean, high-quality code using Agile practices.
Automate infrastructure and delivery processes (Terraform, CDK, IaC) and promote DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with international project teams of architects, developers and analysts.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools where beneficial.
