Job summary

Altium is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and operate our AWS infrastructure, improve deployment workflows, and automate day-to-day operations. This hands-on role focuses on AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and automation.

You will own infrastructure as code, enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI, and develop automation scripts in Python/Go/Bash. You’ll participate in on-call rotations and drive reliability across production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong AWS experience, core services: EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, Route 53, VPC networking.
• Strong Terraform experience.
• Strong knowledge of K8s fundamentals (networking, workloads, ingress, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience with CI/CD systems: Jenkins / GitLab CI.
• Solid Linux skills; Windows experience is a plus.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts/tools (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell).
• Understanding of SDLC and microservices deployment patterns.
