Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a growing cloud-focused team in Poland.

You will operate, automate, monitor and improve AWS-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure platform stability and reliable operations. The role emphasizes IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu, Kubernetes administration, GitOps workflows, and security automation. You will work with PostgreSQL on AWS RDS, Lambda in Python, and monitoring with Grafana/OpenSearch, MSK Serverless

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating production IT applications in cloud environments.
• 3+ years configuring and administering AWS cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years Kubernetes for provisioning and managing containerized apps.
• 3+ years IaC experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Experience handling incidents with established management processes.
• Fluent German (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and support production apps and their AWS infrastructure.
• Detect, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across apps and infra.
• Manage security findings and patching activities.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and configs.
• Support deployment of containerized apps using Docker, Helm and GitOps.
