Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join the Data & AI Center in Szczecin. You will design, implement, and optimize modern data platforms, selecting tools like Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake to meet client needs.

You will lead technical supervision during bids, collaborate with analysts and developers, and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, leveraging data lakes and warehouses in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data platform architecture with client interaction, requirements gathering, and analytical solution design on cloud platforms
Experience designing Data Lakes and data warehouses using Kimball or Data Vault methodologies
Expert knowledge of at least one cloud technology in the Data Platform area (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake)
Ability to align data strategy with business goals and understand enterprise data ecosystem
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in Polish and English

Supporting bidding processes, estimating, and technically supervising project work
