Join us in this role where you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cloud solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and security. You will work on a variety of projects that leverage the power of AWS to transform our existing infrastructure and applications. Together with your colleagues, you’ll develop automated products based on cloud technology, covering the full scope of cloud lifecycle activities. Our core ambition is to migrate a significant part of our existing application landscape into a secure and compliant world based on AWS, focusing on providing automated options.

You’ll play an important role in:

• Crafting a secure and compliant AWS platform meeting organizational and regulatory standards and policies

• Leading design and assurance of robust compliance architecture, security, governance, and processes on our AWS platform

• Establishing minimum compliance criteria for infrastructure, platforms, products, and applications according to risk profiles and security requirements

• Evangelising compliance best practices, guidelines, and blueprints across the company to ensure secure and compliant solutions, developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures

• Helping IPL in conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the effectiveness of security controls

• Helping product teams to get clarity of compliance requirements and the gap from platform to their products and the applications on top.

To succeed in the role, you:

• Have extensive experience in applying compliance, risk assessment, and governance according to security information frameworks such as NIST 800-53, with a strong grasp of fundamental architectural principles and security control standards

• Possess an explorative consultant mindset with a focal view on requirements, emerging into details when needed, always ready to guide peers towards secure practices and escalate issues when necessary

• Have solid experience in cloud architecture and workload migrations, with certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Security – Specialist

• Have strong grasp of fundamental architectural principles, security control standards, and applying these in documented designs and security measures

• Have several years of professional experience with compliance in IT, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement

• Have an explorative consultant mindset with a focal view on requirements, emerging into details when needed, always ready to guide peers towards secure practices and escalate issues when necessary.
