Qualifications

• C2 level English proficiency required.
• Technical experience in cloud services or SaaS products is necessary.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• 1-2 years of IT service/support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Microsoft stakeholders and field sellers.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly.
• Determine optimal discovery platform for assessments.
• Review and finalize assessment reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Support customer transition into post-assessment actions.
• Log activities in appropriate systems.
• Conduct workshops for AI Adoption.
