Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Trial Lead to drive planning and execution of multiple company-sponsored trials across sites in the U.S. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, sites, and external partners to ensure compliant delivery of study objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in clinical research, strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory frameworks, and certifications such as CCRA, RAC, or CDE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences, physical sciences, nursing, or biological sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of company-sponsored clinical trials across sites.
• Coordinate day-to-day trial operations and site/vendor communications.
• Share progress updates with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulations, and policies.
