Job summary

Holistic Change is seeking a Clinical Director/Supervisor to lead our clinical team and oversee operations with a trauma-informed, community-based focus. This remote role requires Maryland LCSW-C licensure and strong supervision experience across outpatient and residential programs.

You will supervise clinicians, ensure accurate documentation and billing, provide crisis guidance, and mentor staff to grow professionally while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland LCSW-C license.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure supervision experience.
• At least 5 years in behavioral or mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and Medicaid billing.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are hiring a Clinical Director/Supervisor (LCSW-C) to oversee clinical operations and ensure quality of care across our outpatient and residential programs. • Effective leader with strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test
