Serenity Psychotherapy LLC is seeking a passionate licensed mental health professional to join our growing team in a remote role. The clinician will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Requirements include an active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) and independent licensure in a related field, with experience delivering direct therapy and using modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Qualificações

• Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) required.
• Independent licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience providing direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, or families.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities.
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with client needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
