Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical trials.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities across therapeutic areas and study phases.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a clinical research team to achieve KPIs.
• Provide leadership and oversight for on-site and off-site visits and trials.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support training, audits, CAPA, and inspection readiness for sites/studies.
• Align resources and timelines with AbbVie R&D goals and budgets.
