Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Minimum 3 years of monitoring experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and collaborate cross functionally.
• Strong planning and organizational skills across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with the capacity to deliver timely feedback to raise performance.

Responsibilities

• Hire, retain, mentor, and develop the clinical research team.
• Provide leadership and oversight to on-site and off-site visits and KPI tracking.
• Utilize AbbVie systems to address performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs and quality standards.
• Prepare for audits, CAPA, and inspection readiness across sites and studies.
• Manage budget and resources to align with study timelines and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive pipeline delivery.
