Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist Imaging, you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training, and the handover of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and in preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications and solutions.

Philips’ Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. Due to the dynamic growth of our business, we are looking for a clinical application professional who will strengthen our team on the position of Clinical Application Specialist IGT-D.

Your Role
  • Primary training and education to customers. Assistance in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assistance in the development and execution of hospital staff training courses.
  • Training and support Clinical sites on the particular requirements of the Image Guided Therapy Devices clinical projects and technologies
  • Services to existing and prospective customers by helping to define disposable product/service needs.
  • Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory. Assists in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with the territory, division and company goals.
  • Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, Catheter Laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
  • Cooperation with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
  • Taking care of all customers if a sales manager is on vacation or not available
  • Keeping abreast of new products in the market and of current and future Company products.
  • Process and monitor product complaint per company procedures.

You are the right fit if:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist
  • Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular surgery product group or similar is highly preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in the technical or medical field is preferred
  • Structured and logical thinking;
  • IT savvy and quick to learn;
  • Willing to travel extensively (the southern part of Poland)
  • Fluent in English written and spoken, in addition to native Polish;
