Job summary

eMoney Advisor is hiring a Client Support Specialist to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed. You will assist advisors with financial planning scenarios and stay current with feature releases across the platform.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer service environment, familiarity with financial terms, and strong problem solving. You will work within a collaborative, global team and may have overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a call center/customer service/support role or relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Experience with web applications
• Familiar with financial concepts and terms
• Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails of increasing complexity regarding eMoney applications in a call center
• Provide technical and planning product support to advisors
• Assist advisors with financial planning scenarios within the eMoney platform
• Stay updated on new features across all production sites of eMoney
• Keep abreast of financial planning industry laws and trends
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Meet personal and team quantitative and qualitative targets
• Log details of interactions in a clear, comprehensible way
• Attend trainings and complete assignments to learn the eMoney platform and Client Support policies
• Review emails and handle administrative requests as needed
• Respond to questions and resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex issues to tier two teams when necessary
• Stay up to date on system releases, features, and bugs
• Maintain high levels of call quality and professionalism
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Meet efficiency standards set by the company
