We are Hedepy, a fast-growing scale-up and a leader in holistic mental health support for individuals and companies across Central and Eastern Europe.

Employee well-being education is becoming a core part of how companies care for their people – and it’s one of the fastest-growing areas of our B2B offering in Poland. As demand grows, we’re looking for someone who will own the entire education agenda end to end – from concept to execution – and to ensure consistently high quality, reliability, and excellent client experience.

What you’ll work on
Program Design & Strategy (40%)
  • Designing and planning corporate well-being programs with high autonomy
  • Creating and refining workshop and webinar concepts
  • Consulting with internal teams and external instructors to ensure content quality and feasibility
  • Contributing to the standardization of 10–15 core educational topics for the year
Event Management & Coordination (35%)
  • End-to-end execution of online trainings and events (webinars, workshops, academies)
  • Managing technical logistics, dry runs, live moderation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating instructors and speakers (briefing, materials, timelines, delivery style)
  • Handling last‑minute changes, cancellations, and crisis scenarios calmly and independently
Client Management & Project Support (25%)
  • Acting as the main project manager for education‑related client projects
  • Maintaining continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecyclel
  • Translating client needs into concrete program setups
  • Supporting upsells to additional webinars, workshops, or long‑term academies
What success looks like in this role
  • Clients experience smooth delivery, clear communication, and expert guidance
  • Workshops and webinars run flawlessly, even when plans change last minute
  • Educational topics are well‑defined, scalable, and consistently high quality
  • Internal teams trust you as the go‑to owner of education projects
Who you’ll work with

You’ll collaborate most closely with:

  • Ivo – Head of Customer Support (your manager, CZ)
  • Werka – B2B Marketing PL
  • Olga –Key Account Manager PL
  • Daniela – Education & content collaboration (CZ)

You’ll also work daily with:

  • External instructors, coaches, and partner companies
  • CS and Sales colleagues across Poland and Czechia
Requirements
Must-have
  • Practical well-being / psychological knowledge
  • Negotiation experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills, precision, and high reliability
  • Confidence with digital tools and remote facilitation
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in unforeseen situations, e.g., sometimes speakers cancel, clients change requirements, etc.
  • Languages: Polish (C1), English (min. B2)
Nice-to-have
  • Education in psychology or a related field is a big plus
  • Experience with corporate benefits or well-being programs is an adventage
  • Event planning or event management experience
  • Background in sales, account management, or client‑facing roles
