Immigrant Invest is an international company and an official authorized representative for citizenship and residency by investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and others, with more than 15 years of expertise in the field. We support our clients throughout the entire process of obtaining their citizenship and residency by investment.

Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE, but we are hiring worldwide.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Manager to join our team. Main role responsibilities include:

  • Manage client relationships by advising on investment programs, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Handle documentation, meetings, and communications with high-net-worth clients
  • Maintain organized records and oversee administrative tasks
  • Coordinate projects and support executives and teams in daily operations
  • Utilize ASANA, TaskRay, and Salesforce to manage workflows efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (fluency in Russian would be beneficial for Georgia and Poland)
  • Higher education (or ongoing studies) in law, finance, business, or a related field, or previous work experience in these areas
  • Experience in office management, client management, or legal assistance is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance responsibilities in the investment immigration industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including client management software and databases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
