Qualifications

• Strong Python and Django expertise, especially with ORM and Celery orchestration.
• Proven experience with REST APIs and background processing systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM/AI solutions like OpenAI.
• Solid front-end experience with React 18, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills with data modeling and performance optimization.
• Practical Docker experience in various environments.
• Proven AI/ML delivery with measurable business impact.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for on-site implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business users to understand workflows and improvement opportunities.
• Design and build Django REST APIs and async tasks using Celery.
• Develop and maintain AI/LLM pipelines focused on evaluation and monitoring.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and validate on real datasets.
• Build modern web applications using React and Next.js.
• Manage PostgreSQL schemas and tuning for data-heavy workloads.
• Present outcomes to business stakeholders and recommend rollout strategies.
