Ubiquity Service in Warsaw seeks a Driver / Test Driver to join our automotive testing team. You will drive test vehicles across Poland and Europe and support engineers with data collection during on-road tests.

The role emphasizes safe driving, adherence to test scenarios, and willingness to travel. Candidates should have an EU driving license, strong Chinese proficiency, and good English communication; knowledge of hybrid/EV vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles across Poland and other European countries.
• Support vehicle testing activities by operating vehicles per defined test scenarios.
• Perform long-distance and multi-day driving during projects.
• Inspect vehicles before/after tests and report issues.
• Assist testing engineers during on-road tests (data collection, checks).
• Drive in varied traffic, road, and environmental conditions.
• Maintain safe, responsible, and professional driving.
• Support OTA update testing when required.
• Provide feedback on vehicle behavior from a driver’s perspective.

Ubiquity Service is looking for a Driver / Test Driver to join the team in Warsaw (project based).

Ubiquity Service is a Warsaw, Poland-based automotive technology service provider dedicated to delivering tailored, seamless, and comprehensive technical service support for Chinese automotive companies entering the European market. We support our clients by helping them meet the specific demands of the European automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive test vehicles as part of automotive testing projects across Poland and other European countries.

• Support vehicle testing activities by operating vehicles according to defined test scenarios and routes.

• Perform long-distance and multi-day driving during test projects.

• Conduct vehicle checks before and after test drives and report any irregularities or issues.

• Assist testing engineers during on-road tests (e.g. data collection, basic system checks, following test instructions).

• Drive vehicles in different traffic, road, and environmental conditions.

• Ensure safe, responsible, and professional driving at all times.

• Support OTA update testing by driving vehicles during and after updates, if required.

• Provide feedback on vehicle behaviour from a drivers perspective.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (EU).

• Professional level of Chinese both spoken and written.

• Very good and confident driving skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently and participate in business trips.

• Basic English (communicative level).

• Experience with modern vehicles (hybrid / electric vehicles is a plus).

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and safety awareness.

• Interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
