Qualifications

• Experience in Chemicals and Natural Resources end-to-end value chains.
• Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
• Hands-on use of digital technologies such as IoT, cloud, analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Work on innovative initiatives that help Chemicals and Natural Resources clients transform, grow, and adapt in a digital world.
• Translate complex business requirements into intelligent, innovative, and harmonized solutions across Chemicals and Natural Resources clients.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams, combining business insight with technology expertise.
• Manage and grow client relationships by delivering deep industry insights across Chemicals and Natural Resources, including Metals, Mining, Forest Products, and Building Materials.
• Build new consulting capabilities by contributing to digital transformation and analytics initiatives, supporting client proposals, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Work remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe model, with readiness to travel and work onsite across Europe when needed.
