Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager, CEE & CIS in the European Union. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional experienced in managing and expanding indirect sales channels across multiple countries. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic partner relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of channel programs. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding complex customer needs, and translating them into scalable solutions. With a focus on unified communications and contact center solutions, you will play a key role in strengthening the presence of the company's platform in the CEE and CIS regions. This position offers autonomy, the ability to influence strategy, and the chance to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales pipeline and recurring revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams across regions to implement and execute partner strategies and initiatives
  • Engage in strategic selling and solution-based approaches to support complex sales motions
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, forecasting sales outcomes, and reporting progress to leadership
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, with direct strategic sales experience being an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex, and strategic channel partnerships
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, and the partner business ecosystem
  • Proven ability to handle complex sales processes, strategic engagements, and solution selling
  • Self-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and technology adaptation
  • Fluent in English and Polish; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the CEE & CIS regions as required
