Job summary

Publicis Production EMEA Hub is seeking a highly skilled Retoucher (CG Focus) to produce production-ready CG-based imagery for US and global clients. The role emphasizes precision, color accuracy, and integration of 3D renders with photographic backgrounds across automotive, lifestyle, product, and environmental categories.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in a similar role, a strong CGI/retouching portfolio, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional retouching experience in an agency, studio, or production environment.
• Experience with CGI or 3D assets in retouching/compositing.
• Strong portfolio of advanced retouching, compositing, and CGI work.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and professional English proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality retouching and compositing for CG-based imagery, including 3D renders with photographic and environmental elements.
• Perform cleanup, enhancement, and refinement of CG assets while maintaining realism and color accuracy.
• Apply advanced Photoshop techniques and color correction across RGB/CMYK workflows.
• Prepare assets for print, digital, web, and packaging across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and leads; adapt style to brand standards.
