Job summary

Sii Poland's Product Design Studio seeks a CFD/thermal specialist to support diverse engineering projects for automotive, industrial, energy, aerospace, and hi-tech sectors. You will develop and validate numerical models, translate results into design improvements, and collaborate with designers and CAE experts.

We offer flexible cooperation in full-time or part-time roles depending on experience, with opportunities to work on international projects and cut-edge simulators.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Aviation, Automation or related fields.
• At least 3 years of independent CFD and/or thermal analysis experience.
• Practical knowledge of STAR-CCM+ or ANSYS Fluent.
• Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Ability to build, validate, and verify numerical models.
• Experience interpreting simulation results.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Good command of English for international work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD analyses and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
• Create numerical models and prepare assumptions for simulations.
• Analyze flows, heat exchange, and product behavior under various operating conditions.
• Interpret simulation results and recommend design changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and other CAE specialists.
• Participate in product optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports from conducted analyses.
• Support validation and product development processes at various stages of the life cycle.
